I just want to thank you for all your wonderful tips on health and your recipes are out of this world and what I love about you is the way you are so down to earth and you mean what you say trying to help the whole world to become healthy is a big thing to do and I admire you for that - but you are the one who inspired me to go back to my italian heritage and cook Italian food which I have found easy through your books and utube you have taught me to cook great italian food plus very good bread - I can make fantastic pizza, bread, my own pasta plus ravioli and spaghetti so many things you have taught me to make but I am older and I love cooking with a passion but my Dad was Italian but my Mum german so not much italian food as I grew up but since hitting my fifties I started a journey on cooking italian food and I really enjoyed it. I am from Australia and my daughter thinks you are wonderful as well and loves your recipes they are so full proof but the book I love the most is Jamie's Comfort Food it is the best book ever and if I can not get it out of the book i go on line and find it other ways - so thanks again for putting yourself out there to help so many people like me who just enjoy cooking so much and want to learn more. Cheers Robyn

I have a serious question. With being human and all there has to be foods that we just don't enjoy. I love all kind of foods, as a matter of fact I have to think really hard about it to come up with food that I don't enjoy. Honestly there is only one food that I really DO NOT ENJOY, and believe me I've tried hard to like it and that is Beet Root. I can cook beets and often have for my family who likes them and part of cooking is tasting for seasoning to make sure it's good before you serve it. Jamie, what is one food you don't enjoy? There has to be something. I'm a firm believer that unless you have tried something how do you know if you don't like it? So I'll try anything.

Also, there is absolutely nothing wrong with your hair and I think it's pretty obviously NOT dyed. Pretty much everyone's hair gets darker as they get older. and then it gets lighter (wisdom highlights. I used to be very, very light golden blond and now I'm a very dark blond/blonette color. It's just what happens to most people.

I love anything that's made with a bit of love and care. Jamie? I wonder if this sort of positive, non-threatening and resonant message might make great fridge magnets? People often stick threatening messages on their fridge. .. doesn't work - threats wake up the demons. But the fridge is actually a great place for a message. Alanx

Reminds me of an old 2DTV sketch (god, I feel old now, this is 2003 or something) where it showed Jamie in the kitchen, saying something about one more thing needed to make the recipe perfect, then he picks up an electric whisk and jams it into his hair for a few second and pulls it out, and announces Pukka! xD

Hello Jamie! Fun videos as always. I Have a question though. You have been talking a lot about how sweeten drink are bad, which most sensible person would agree with. But I would like to hear some comments on diet versions. Is is better in comparison or worse and for what reason?

Working for your dad (or mum) as slave labour is a rite of passage but, after they are gone, you will look back and realize it gave you a chance to know the man on a whole different level to that of dad. And it will give you some special memories: ) Oh my God. that hair!
