Food Busker is taking his Thai inspired curry to the streets of London. Plump prawns pan fried in ginger and chilli with coconut milk, lime and coriander. Served on a bed of rice and finish with chilli flakes for an added kick. How much would you guys pay for an epic dish like this? If this has made you hungry for more Food Busking, you can find John over his own channel. why not swing by and say hi!

In Thailand we would stir fried curry paste with coconut milk but this is interesting recipe. I think it would taste better if you put fry whole chili on the top of rice instead of chili powder, stir fry fresh herbs first and then put shrimp so it's not overcooked, add some fish sauce and no cream (coconut milk is enough.

Looks good until he puts in lime zest and coriander. Coconut milk is enough, no need for that double cream. I would leave the coriander out and substitute the lime zest with kaffir lime leaves. The dish is quite similar to Malaysia'a Masak Lemak Cili Api.

Hey, I'd like to try it out tomorrow, but I haven't ever done any shrimp/prawn food before. If I get frozen shrimps that are already prepared in store, what should I do? Wake up them in hot water or just immediately place them in pan, like in this recipe?

Seems goooood. I am fascinated by how there is no salt/fish sauce added and yet how amazingly tasty it seems. Thanks for the idea particularly suited for those trying to reduce salt intake.

You always show how to cook in a simple and fast, yet it easy to follow This one looks so yummy. When you stirred the sauce at the end of your cooking, I think I'm salivating

That's a real good, quick, easy and tasty as starter. Really like that one. Only problem being though, as always recently, finding decent prawns at a non arm and leg price.

I'm not sure what double cream is, could I use Greek yogurt in its place? As for what I'd pay, in Miami (Fl) I'd say you could probably get away with charging 12. 50

just made this and it was so yummyy! thank you for the great idea, i didn't use the extra cream but i did add lime juice and fish sauce? will definitely make again!

What with the double cream? And overcooked prawn? Anyway, nothing could go wrong with a bless of coconut, limegrass, and and zesty tease on seafood

No palm sugar, galangal or real heat. Sweet Sour Salty Hot and maybe Umami. Street busker jog on my friend. 2 pound if you used a banana prawn.
