Tobie's flown in from Oz to share a beautiful breakfast recipe from his book 'The Chef Gets Healthy'! Crispy kale and chilli with baked eggs topped with feta. This recipe is the perfect healthy meal that's fun to cook, but also makes you feel like you're not sacrificing flavour for the good stuff! Low-fat, low-carb, gluten-free and delicious - this is a recipe you'll find yourself making again and again! For more recipes from Tobie

its always amazing. Healthy recipes, healthy chefs and all that. its all a lot of bs. You should only be worried abt what you eat if you have weight issues or if you are an athlete. And by the looks of it. it doesn't look like Tobie has anything of that sort to worry about. uh.

Frozen broccoli florets and eggs is my go to. Much less prep, doesn't go bad, cheaper, and just as healthy. Start w oil/butter add frozen broccoli cook for a few min pour in whisked eggs or crack them in whatever works.

This will do for me, love greens especially savoy cabbage. Keep seeing recipes for baked eggs and still haven't got round to trying them. Thank You Tobie, really like the spices too.

Kale is vile. If you dipped it in gold and wrapped bacon around it, the kale would still be vile. So today's lesson is, no matter what you do to kale, it will always be vile!

Thanks for the recipe, I remembered my childhood. We were prepared with all the greens that were in the garden in the USSR in 80-e years. Cheese unfortunately did not sell.

For all that healthy food you prepare and eat, I must say you don't look too healthy to me, man. And kinda weak, too: ( Try some beef, you'll feel better right away!

Penguins often slide on their tummies over ice and snow. This is called tobogganing. Researchers believe they do this for fun and as an efficient way to travel.

My sister made me, my parents and kids something with kale. The kale was awful tasting, even with dressing. My kids like Chinese food more.
