For a light and healthy dish full of Asian flavour give this delicious Vietnamese noodle bowl a try. Delicately sliced vegetables add crunch and sweetness while the marinated sea bass gives a garlic and chilli kick you ll love. Serve over rice noodles drizzled in a spicy lime dressing and top with dry shallots and peanuts. Cooked this last night, abso bloody lutely stunning! This is so easy and tasty to cook it will be a regular meal for me. Didn't have one or two ingredients; basil and daikon. Presume Nam Plah is a similar fish sauce to the one you use. Great dressing! My fish was a little darker but crispy skin and moist, will look forward to doing it again. As far as your presentation, you have nothing to worry about, you are a natural in front of the camera. More videos please!

Tried her previous recipe to the letter, the braised pork, it tasted terrible. Not sure if she missed a step in the video, because the pork apparently magically turned really dark at the end without adding any soy sauce. The fish sauce itself did not turn the pork dark. It seems these days, most cooking shows are more about entertainment, than the quality of the recipe. They have more flash than substance. Her videos are a perfect example.

I made this recently. I used basa instead, because I couldn't get my hands on sea bass, but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. So good, and so fresh! Great recipe and love the vid. My one comment would be that the dressing was a little over diluted, and I could have done with a little bit less water. Other than that it was amazing!

Hello there! This looks devine. I came to London last month and your restaurant was on top of my last to visit but unfortunately I couldn't get to be there as it was Sunday and your restaurant closed early and was opening back on Tuesday when I had my flight: ( So yeah, may be next time. I'll try to replicate your recipe soon.

I've used the daikon (not sure if that's how you spell it) before for making a Cantonese style turnip cake that you steam. It's a really nice vegetable. And those ingredients aren't the only thing that are really fine! Haha! You are really cute, how tall are you out of curiosity? That presentation though, looks great!

Oh my, she is absolutely adorable, haha. I loved when she said she's a little proud of how she chopped up the garlic and chillies, hehe. Also, I'll definitely have to make this dish, it looks fantastic and healthy and the presentation is amazing, too!

You really make me miss home cooking (You remind me of my sister in many ways. I'm going to give this dish a try as it seems a lot more simpler compared to other tradition Vietnamese dishes. Loved the explanations, please keep up your amazing work!

Gloves must be worn if using Thai small chilli instead of that bigger chilli pepper. Last time I chopped quite a lot small chillis without wearing gloves I could even feel like my fingers were being burnt.

Absolutely love the look of this dish! Looks very healthy but tasty! Also, her accent is adorable and even sounded Scottish to me at times: P Wonderful lady, hope to see more of her foodtube!

What happened her voice? Stuffy, very annoying. Sounds like her throat is choked. Please speak clearly to the end. I couldn't concentrate on the video. But her recipe is very nice.
