I don't understand the hate on this video. If you don't like frozen food, just replace the fish with a fresh raw one and baked it. For the dressing, it is not hard as Kate had mentioned is saucy chilli, lime and ginger. This recipe is said to be fast so it uses frozen and packaged stuff to save time. If you have time, just prep everything. Nice video.

Looks great as always. I went through a phase of hating salmon when I was a kid. I was at a wedding reception and there was this huge whole salmon with blue and red jelly around it. Me, thinking it was some awesome fruit jelly I ate it. It wasn't fruit at all, but horrid aspic fish jelly. blek!

You say that this is enough for two persons, but do you mean 'persons' or 'portions'? According to a friend of mine, a chef, it is more accurate to speak of portions than persons. Some people eat more portions than others, and I can say that I could probably eat more than two of these.

I find it somewhat sinister that this is an Ad parading as a legitimate recipe. Especially as the woman performing this recipe is more charismatic than other guest presenters. This is hard to watch, and disappoints me.

How is this cooking? Lmao. At first I couldn't understand the dislikes on the video, then I got 50 seconds into the video and saw her pulling shit out of a box. Now it has another dislike.

Worst FoodTube video yet. Prepackaged ingredients and throw in some oriental soy sauce and green onion. Blech, the tone deafness leaves as bad a taste in my mouth as this meal likely would.

noodles a bit stodgy, I don't like using frozen or pre packed sauces, flavours are probably there but textures maybe off, good recipe for students, single professionals though

love the combo of fresh veg stir fry with this amazing looking Salmon. Will have to make a version of this. As always great fun, great video, great recipe. thanks for sharing.

It's pretty good. And very simple to cook. We don't have the Sauce Salmon in our stores though, so I took a frozen soho salmon steak, no chilli. Made it in a steam cooker.

Sorry not keen on pre-packaged food. All those nasty chemicals hidden in that small bag? Really? Doesn't look healthy at all! Also we all know how to read. disappointed!
