Why does everyone just say the skin of everything is the most nutritious part as if its fact, when 99% of the time it isn't. No, the skin of the sweet potato is not the most nutritious part, lol. Otherwise though, good stuff.

Thanks to this video, it allowed me to discover options for my chicken noodle soup. Instead of spaghetti for noodles, glass noodles with seaweed.
