I d love to win the book as I love seafood and I eat fish everynight, salmon is the most often and my favourite. Since I moved to Aus I love cooking, I cook and bake a lot. Back when I was home with my aunt and cousins, they always begged me not to cook because my cooking skill was so horrible. But you know this holiday season, I decided to open one order for spring rolls as I have so many compliments about them, I know all Asian knows how to do spring rolls, but where I live, there are not many Asian. Anyway people ordered 500pcs in total and gave me good reviews, I m so proud of myself as I could earn money from my kitchen skills. And yes, I told this story just because after that I got more motivation to cook. :)

Hi Bart! I'm a amateur cook from Colombia and here we have a very wide variety of fish so it would be awesome to win your book so I could cook your recipes and mix them up with the uniqueness every species of fish has to offer here in my country. Unfortunately fish isn't given much of importance here as beef or poultry, and it's cooked in very straightforward ways, so with your recipes and the variety I have in my country I believe I can generate an impact on the way people view fish and how they cook it here, delivering it in new delicious ways. Thanks for the opportunity and I hope I win.

Hi Bart, I'm a pescatarian pensioner who would love to win this book because, after 20+ years of I really need some new and fresh ideas like the one above. can't wait until I get my whole family over for a meal so I have a great excuse to buy a couple of whole salmon to impress them with; in the meantime I'm going to cook it with a trout or maybe with a seabass just for myself. my taste buds are tingling already! I just happen to have all these yummy ingredients already because they are all my favourites, I just never thought of doing this with them so huge thanks for the video.

Hello from Sweden Bart! I would really appreciate winning the book. I am a 21 year old student and I just started living on my own for the first time. I recently moved from Gothenburg to Stockholm. Gothenburg is the fish-capital of Sweden, so I've grown up eating lots of fish. Sadly, here in Stockholm fish of as good quality as the salmon in this video is quite hard to come by. Winning your cookbook would be a great way to find inspiration and to help me trace back my roots. With your book I could make the best of the fish that I can get my hands on. Thanks!

Hello Bart and fishy friends! I need to win your book to create the perfect seafood dish for Christmas this year. I am a young 22 year old broke college student and a constantly evolving chef. As someone who loves and obsesses over every type of seafood, it is surprising that I haven t developed gout or mercury poisoning yet lol. I ve watched every one of your videos and need your true ocean sorcery in the form of text and pictures bound together right there in my kitchen. I look forward to receiving this wonderful piece of literature. Sincerely, Austin

I'd like to receive your book to share the joy of good seafood with other people. I'm a Korean student who grew up in a coastal city and is living in the midwestern part of U. S. I can't describe it with words on how I love seafood, but the sad thing is that feeling is not shared by my housemates who grew up here. I enjoy cooking all sorts of seafood, and I'd love to learn new ways to cook seafood through your cookbook. By doing so, I hope I can give my friends fun experiences and let them enjoy good seafood like us.

The reason I want to win the cookbook is because I love cooking seafood so much and I always look for new inspirations. I think Seafood is different from other types of food in the way that a cook doesn't need to do too much to it, given it the fish is freshly(-and-sustainably)-sourced. I always like to challenge myself and how much I can work with the natural texture and flavor of the fish, what I can do to enhance it. Also, thank you for the recipe! I'm definitely making this for Christmas dinner: )

Hello. I want to win the book because even though I started cooking 4 years ago and I love doing it, I can't get around liking fish dishes. Before I started cooking I used to not like veggies and didn't eat them. But by preparing them and discovering new recipes I have started to eat more and more veggies. I think that having a source of inspiration like this book would help me change my opinion about fish and I would like that since it's such a healthy thing to eat.

I want the book simply because you make me Homesick, I was born and raised in Alaska and a few years ago I moved down to Alabama to be with family. Since moving here I have yet to find a restaurant that serves even a semi decent fish meal that doesn't involve Catfish and have even a harder time finding a good fresh salmon so I have to find every way I can to make it palatable. Looks like a great meal, I hope you enjoyed your time in our great state.
