this was awesome. loved the Cafres song. had to buy it on itunes. having watched tons of maangchi's videos, she is one of the cleanest chefs i've watched on youtube. i have seen tons of celebrity chef do segments out at sea and eat straight out the ocean as maangchi did. the fisherman did not have knives. SFW! i loved it maangchi. as always it looked delicious. i heard one of the fisherman coughing because of that hot and spicy korean chili paste. good time!

I guess that's all that really matters. It was delicious and delicious-looking! I'm hoping none of them are on immunosuppressants and I'm sure whatever bacteria left on the freshly caught seafood was taken care by the capsaicin in the hot chili pepper. I would've also used lime or lemon juice to help with the bacteria too. Plus it takes yummy with a little bit of acidity! Damn, i'm getting hungry now.

I would love to try this! But too bad it is super rare for me to get fresh fish here in AL: ( I remembered watching Family Outing and saw them eat raw fish, abalone, octopus, shrimp, and other seafood. They make me want to eat it too: )

arale1402 it's the capsaicin in all chilis that kill bacteria and also lime or lemon helps too. And the fact that the fish is freshly caught.
