Budae Jjigae is one of my favorite Korean foods. With the help of a package of Bibigo broth, I made it the other night and it was pretty good. It wasn't close to what they serve on Budae Jjigae Street in Uijeongbu, but I was still happy with it. I'll make it from scratch with your complete recipe the next time.
