Japchae (Glass noodles stir-fried with vegetables: ) linlomox: Just cooked this tonight for me and my boo and it was so delicious even if I didn't use all the right ingredients. I used chives instead of onion and green onion and normal mushrooms instead of the shitake, and marinated chicken instead of the beef. really nice
