Sometimes dark purple, or sometimes lavender, it has a beautiful color and stands out on any table. Its Korean multigrain rice, called japgokbap in Korean. Its a pretty simple recipe and there are many variations to it, and I will make it differently depending on my mood, but today Im going to show you a version that is reliably beautiful and delicious.

Maangchi makes the videos fun and interesting.
I slowly am learning where to find dry ingredients.
Amazon is a good source.
I dont understand how anyone eats steaming, hot food.
Anything I eat only can be mildly warm.
It can be spicy hot but not temperature hot!
