My favorite sea food is shrimp, since I was 5 year's old in 1986.
I can eat shrimp Raw with lemon or lime. I can eat shrimp everyday.
But make sure to devain the shrimp people before eating it and wash it thoroughly.
I love watching Maangchi cook,
she is incredible and has taught me so much about Korean Dishes, that I now make for my boyfriend or loved ones.
She is an extraordinary lady.
She just taught me another way to cook my favorite Shrimp in this new way.

I wonder if, after you make stock, you can add those shells and heads to a garden for compost, then you get one more use of them. I like that you use them to make stock I bet it tasted so good!

Not eating Shrimp head, but everything else is good with me. Does anyone else know if she has children? I hope, because she seems like that cool down to earth mom. Love it

I always cut the shrimp through the tail. I noticed the intestines go in the tail. I find it so disgusting, I need everything out!
