Even though Ill never cook any of this, it looks delicious and it certainly is entertaining. Ive spent hours watching this young Korean woman cook and then eat, enjoy her food. Hooray for her Ingenuity on learning English language and conquering UTube.

There is plenty of Perilla in my garden since years, green one and red/green one. (Your knife looks like mine. I bought mine in Kyokawa in northern Japan, Yamagata prefecture, directly from the village blacksmith)
