LOL can you believe I messed up such a simple recipe? I was chopping vegetables, and put 2 1/2 cups aside, to make this later. So it's later, I pour my bowl of vegetables into the hot pan, and think to myself it looked much saucier when Maangchi did it. I look up this video real quick, and realize I forgot the flour and water. It was too late to start over, so I just finished cooking it up and ate it. Will add a little more salt next time.

I love your positive energy and your recipes! I made this but didnt have sweet potato so I used one third cup of carrots and I also added a handful of corn and some garlic. It was delicious! I used the same topping you gave for your potato pancake because I didnt have sesame seeds. Thanks for your yummy recipes. Please do a tutorial on how to FLIP the food! Lol

It's worth noting that all of the veggies were sliced along the grain instead of across the grain. This created a bunch of thread-like pieces that tangled together and helped hold the pancake together, and made it easier to eat with chopsticks.
