Another amazing yet easy recipe. I never knew my Indian taste-buds would like Korean food but Maangchi's recipes are so phenomenal, anyone would love eating them. JUST seeing the color of dishes is enough temptation actually
The way Maangchi put that cooked anchovy in her mouth, i was thinking she would say 'so tasty' but the way she said 'no taste at all, totally bland' with no expression. (Maangchi is one of the cutest funny chef on YT)

It looks so delicious I tried a similar recipe made with tongbaechu kimchi once. It is the end of summer here and the weather is becoming colder but I'll wait patiently and try your recipe next year!

My cats love those leftover anchovies. Since all the salty stuffs come out after making broth it's a perfect snack for cats. I get broth cats get snacks. It's a win-win. lol

Seems interesting, but isn't it a dish a bit too cold? You eat it right after you take the broth out of the refrigerator!
