Thanks for this recipe. I have been looking for a good bread recipe that uses all purpose flour. There was a time during the pandemic when we couldn't get bread flour. It seems that your method of kneading and the addition of two eggs helps to develop the structure. I can't wait to try it. Thanks!

I might have to try this but using vegan items. Since we have 3 people in the house that are lactose intolerant. I usually make bread using just flour, yeast, sugar, olive oil and water.
