Dude! AMAZING! Is that your own idea to make the 'caviar' agar2! This is probably the most inspiring sushi video I've been watching so far! Thanks a bunch, chef! Definitely gonna make it for my husband who's rite now getting chemo for his cancer. I bet the nausea & decreased appetite side effects of the chemo won't win a bit in this battleship; ')
