I'll tell you a secret. My former gay boss always wore sunglasses inside the office, and he once told me he did so because his boyfriend used to come on his eyes while he (my boss) blew him (his boyfriend) and he always got inflamed, red eyes because of it. Do you think this is also the case in this video?

Very good. My hardwood store has sliced Olive wood burls. unfinished, about 3 inch (7. 5 cm) thick, and about 24 inch (61 cm) wide, that I could seal with a good semigloss polyurethane varnish. This would be a great large sushi/sashimi serving platter. or a cheese or appetizer platter.

Looks pretty good, except a wood, covered in polyurethane. It would be much more healthy in any kind of ceramic material, included ceramic floor tile. If I am mistaking and the wood is not painted(with polyurethane, but rather in raw state, I apologize and you have my thumb up.

If your going to do a sashimi demo, at least use fresh sahimi grade maguro, bro that had to be worst looking maguro, with rainbow discolored browning spots, that's a disgrace and you've insulted any sushi chef of his skilled trade!

Love your posts - I agree they are some of the best on you tube but I'm also a bit confused by the sunnies. was a bit weird and out of place. Looking forward to more posts!

I can tell from your knife skills and how you handle the food, you haven't been trained by a master japanese sushi chief. But you did a good job with presentation.

You cannot touch the sturgeon eggs with a metal spoon because the taste will be alterated. I m not a chef, but i can tell you this for sure. Thanks and good job.

Thanks for mentioning that cilantro = coriander: P It can be confusing! I used to think it was just a different herb you could get in America but not in UK.
