I made sushi for the first time today thanks to your videos! It was awesome. But, I got the rice at what I feel like is the perfect consistency thanks to your rice video and made some delicious California Rolls from your California Rolls tutorial. Only problems I had were my knife wasn't sharp enough to get a clean cut through the roll, and I put a little too much filling in them. Other than that, it was amazing. Thanks!

I have an awesome prank. make some of your own wasabi or buy some then ask your friend if they want to try some green tea ice cream. of they set yes, grab the wasabi and put it in a bowl for your friend to try then when the eat it their mouth is gonna be on fire.

He's not kidding about real wasabi. Once my order got messed up so to make it up to me they gave me real wasabi, before I had ever tried it before. The difference was incredible. Now I feel sad when I eat this fake paste LOL

i love the presentation of the flower. i just bought some powedered wasbi, off i go to create. i will use my mini holiday cookie cutters and see what other decorations i can make. thanks from the midwest

Just a thought; it seems like with the extra unused wasabi, you could press some decent looking triangle 'petals' to the outside for a nice blossoming look. Try it out!
