Great job! I learned so much: ) I always put a thin layer of rice on one side of the half nori sheet. Like this, the filling is covered with rice in the end. With your technique it really preservs a part of the nori from becoming wet. Great idea, I'll try it since I love my nori crispy as well. I never ate soft shell crab, cool that you can eat the shell. Makes it so easy! And tobiko is one of my favourite ingredients! Just made some gunkanmaki with it. YUM!

Can you show us how to do a temaki dinner. The deconstructed ones so everyone can assemble their own. I believe that was the original idea of temaki. But im looking for cool ways to plate the seperate ingredients and condiments.
