Angelica, these look amazing. I can't wait to make these. And yea, I will make the tortillas at home because I do have a tortilla press which I bought because of you lol. Thank you for sharing your abuela's recipe. When are you going to publish another cookbook I have your first but you have SO many other recipes that I would LOVE to have. I love to cook and am always looking for new things to make. You have a huge influence on my kitchen. Lol

I have got to try this one. I Loved the one with the store bought corn tortillas and, the salsa Verde that you talked about when you were on a tight budget. Have made it several times already. Also make your wet burritos, I will be 75 in November and this easy things are good for me. Live alone and when I cook it always enough for an army, all my kids are grown and gone now.

I love the recipes, the stories of your childhood and grandmother. I can picture her each day preparing her tortillas. I can almost smell the fresh tortillas cooking. It makes my day. Thank you for sharing so much of your family with us. As a mom of 5, I cherish those family stories and sharing cultures, too.

I made them today! So simply delicious and reminded me of my Mama and her resourcefulness when cooking. She would use whatever she had on hand and turned it into the most delicious meals. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us.

I've had much better luck with flour tortillas, I really struggle with corn tortillas. It was good to see I'm not alone. I'm sure that if I made them more often I figure out the right technique. Thanks for sharing.

I love that you showed the mistakes and explained why it’s harder than it looks. So many times I try to make something and I struggle with the details. I feel more confident after watching your video.

I lay my tortilla down for the first side then slap it down the second side or hit it with a spatula and it ALWAYS puffs up

Te recomiendo solo picar mas el tomate y no molerlo en la licuadora y no poner tantos ingredients solo sal y listo
