Today I am making creamy chicken enchiladas for dinner. The creamy white sauce is so flavorful and easy to make Ingredients 1 lb cooked shredded chicken 12 oz shredded cheese 16 corn tortillas 9 x 13 baking dish CREAM SAUCE 5 Tbsp unsalted butter 5 Tbsp all-purpose flour 2 cups chicken broth 8 oz sour cream 4 oz can of chopped green chiles salt and season to taste

I was just about to look up what to do with this chicken Breast and BOOM! PRAYER ANSWERED Something NEW and I have EVERYTHING to do it this LADY who taught me how to COOK I don't have a mom so YES I TELL MY WIFE MAMA COOKS HOOKED us up tonight every time I cook its ONLY her recipes since I literally can't cook I BURNED WATER!

Thank you for the recipe! It looks delicious and yummy! I will try it with rotisserie chicken hot and ready at the grocery store to save time. Also, chicken broth in the carton at the grocery store for the sauce. I need a time saver. I hope it will taste good.

That s exactly how I make chicken enchiladas with one exception, I add small diced onions to the inside of the enchilada with the chicken and cheese. Yum! So good!

Id like to hear why you chose your cheeses instead of Queso and a mex cheese mix. Just curious especially about the mozzarella.
