Rolled Tacos are one of my favorite eats. Anytime I head to San Diego, I make sure to go to my favorite taco shop and order rolled tacos. This is the way I like to make shredded beef rolled tacos loaded with fresh toppings. Whether you call them taquitos, flautas or rolled tacos, this recipe is a good one

These remind me of some taquitos in Ventura California. It was a small little place that had Mexican food and I Loved these taquitos cheese on top and their salsa and they were banging! They were they were rolled real tight they weren't as big as what you had. And I don't know what was in the inside I think chicken. But I always think about those taquitos and that was like 30 years ago! There's a lot of fast food Mexican places in California I live on the east coast now. There are certain restaurants in California that I truly miss so much! and this is one of those places I loved to eat at. They had a lot of fast food real Mexican food. We always called all of them Rosita's. We would say with the Mexican Spanish accent let's go get some Rosita's! We knew exactly what we were talking about and they always had the biggest burritos! I really do miss those those places to eat! it's not Taco Bell that's for sure! I think that's why I love your food and what you cook it brings back a lot of memories California and the people I knew and the food we ate and prepared. Thank you! many blessings to you and your family!

I had been to san diego over 10 years ago and they have the best rolled up taquitos of any of the states that I have been too. My spot was a place called super sergios. I am not lying to you, this puerto rican was getting his butt up as early as possible and having taquitos for breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner! I do not know if this place is still up and running but I remember always seeing a line of people but they work quick so the wait is not long. I miss my trips to san diego so much!

Can you show us how to make Gochujang? also show us how to make a really spicy salsa. These rolled tacos look really good. I will have to try them. I will try them on May 5th. We like to celebrate Cinco De Mayo at work every year. Everyone brings in there favorite Mexican dish and we party. It's just around the corner so if you have any other spicy dishes to offer please include them in a video before May 5th.

That looks delicioso! I love any kind of taquitos! Try them with strained dry mashed frijoles de la olla. Roll up your taquitos and freeze. I fry them the next day and they fry beautifully, without spilling the beans in the oil. I like topping them with cheese while hot, cover until cheese melts. We call them corn burritos. They are the bomb with all those delicious toppings!

I made chicken taquitos ( that's how I've always known them for ) refried beans on the side and pico de gallo ( chopped tomato, onion and cilantro) All homemade and it was super delicious. Didn't have avocado to make guacamole. but it was still a scrumptious meal! I'm telling you Angelica, you have inspired me to cook! Thank You So Mucho!

Love those tacos, they remind me the time my family passed by a restaurant on our way from Denver to Juarez on our way to summer vacation in Jalisco. Not sure if it was in New Mexico or Texas, but what we had in that restaurant were flautas, and those were beef also, covered in sour cream. I want to go back and find them again.

I use to like roll tacos but to find out they only put a toothpick of meat in them and load them up with cheese tomatoes and guacamole. But yours are very meaty. Yummy. Im glad you should the mexican restaurant in Chula Vista I've wondered if this shop was good will definitely try it since I live in San Diego.

Everytime I make it back to Los Angeles there are 4 or 5 places I make it a point to eat at. Places I grew up eating at. Titos Tacos in Culver City ROCKS. Also those greasy nasty Jack in the Box Tacos. We dont have Jack in the Box where I live now.
