Today I am cooking at home and making another easy microwave treat. This is a soft chocolate chip cookie in a mug cooked in one minute.
Ingredients
1 Tbsp (14 g) salted butter (softened)
1 egg yolk (room temperature)
2 Tbsp (20 g) dark brown sugar
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp (24 g) all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
1 large mug
