Hi A! I liked your video. I have some pots and pans that are my favorites. My oldest is like 48 years old. Its Club Aluminum. My kids all want it but I still use it. It's a big dutch oven and I have a smaller one. Best pots I own! You have some really nice pots and pans. Nice video. Take care. P. S. My newest skillet is from Chef Geoffery Zacarian. It's a non stick Cast Iron Skillet. 12 inch. I have A 8 and 10 inch and a griddle by him too. No seasoning. They are great!

Recently purchased a lodge Chicken fryer from an antique store on EBAY. I had to clean gunk outside and inside with salt and a little oil. This removed the gunk. Rinsed with hot water fryer well. To preseason I use small amount of coconut or walnut oil. Wipe entire surface inside out. Place on sheet pan put into 375-400 oven. Let cool. If just starting new season you have to do this 4-6 timed! YOU should have a s
Shine on your surface. Hope this helps!

Suggestion: You may want to try cleaning the bottom of your pots/pans with Bar Keepers Friend OR Bon ami and an S. O. S. /Brillo pads CAREFULLY. I love Bar Keepers cleaner for my stainless steel pots, it cleans bottom burnt marks off and well. Can also be used on Porcelain, Copper, Brass, Chrome, Fiberglass, Glass, Ceramic tile, Grout, and nonporous countertops.

I watched a clip from The Nanny where Fran had a red, heart-shaped purse and now I see the wall decoration behind your head. I love heart-shaped anything cuz I'm a romantic FOOL, I guess. LOL I have covered roasting pans from my family with the same speckled black and white surface. Lots of delicious dinners were baked in those when I was growing up.

I appreciate this because other food vlogs show off Le Cruset or iron pans. But I don't have money to go out and buy a bunch of new cookware and my pots and pans are way more oil stained than yours. Just thank you for keeping it real!

For residue left over in the cast iron, use coarse salt and a dish brush and gently but firmly scrub. Once the residue is out, rinse well, and dry well. You don't have to re season unless you just want to.

Just a simple suggestion, I found that making a paste with baking powder cleans the stains from the outside of my skillet. It does take a little elbow grease but comes out nicely
