This looks absolutely delicious! I'm definitely making this asap. Just curious if you've ever used plain yogurt in place of mayo. Some of my family doesn't eat mayo and I wonder if it would be too bland and what adjustments I'd need to make. Maybe i should just tell them to eat something else, lol.

There really is no substitute for Hellmann's mayonnaise. The light version (the one with the light blue top) is good, too.
The version I make is pretty similar, but I like to add craisins, toasted walnuts, and a lot of dill. I really want to try it with the pumpkins seeds.

Another great quick recipe to this is to use rotisserie chicken from your favorite local grocery store. Even though it s a lazy way I find using rotisserie chicken must tastier same goes in pasta dishes like chick alfredo I used rotisserie chicken instead

yum, I usually make this with almonds but pumpkin seeds are a great option. Chopped gala apples are also a good substitute for grapes. I just made your boba recipe btw - oh man. So good.

This can be made with leftover chicken find the night before or rotisserie chicken I believe. Not sure I would waste a complete chicken breast for chicken salad
