This reminded me of my favorite meal that my precious friend used to take me out to eat. It was the steak fajitas with table side guacamole at Acapulco restaurant. Was my all times favorite meal. No other meal made me consistently happy every time I ate it. I was so grateful to have a friend like that.

Your guacamole is what my wife calls pica de gallo The only difference is she slices the avocado into small chunks. She also leaves the seed in there to keep it from turning dark.
