Today I am cleaning the house and cooking. On my days off I like to clean and cook easy meals for my family. I will also include an easy recipe for Instant Pot beef tips and gravy. Here are quick and simple recipes that make my day off easy.
Beef tips in gravy
4 lbs (1. 80 kg) beef stew meat (cubed)
1 lb (454 g) sliced mushrooms
4 cups (946 ml) low sodium beef stock
2 packets of dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 Tbsp (22 ml) Worcestershire sauce
5 cloves fresh garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Breakfast oatmeal
1 3/4 cups water
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 cup quick oats
maple syrup to taste
fresh fruit
Lunch wraps
4 tortilla wraps
turkey lunch meat
pepper jack cheese
Romaine lettuce
grape tomatoes
mini cucumbers
salad dressing of choice
