Today I am making tostadas for dinner. I will also show you how I make a simple picadillo for tostadas. This is a great way to take a pound of ground meat and make it stretch to feed more. Dinner is gonna be good! Ingredients 1 lb (454 g) lean ground meat 1 medium potato (diced) 1 small carrot (diced) 1 small onion (diced) 3 scallions 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tsp beef bouillon powder 1/2 cup (118 ml) water 8 to 10 corn tortillas cooking oil for frying refried beans shredded cheese shredded lettuce diced tomato Mexican sour cream salsa of your choice Inc: Whenever I'm needing a recipe, I do a general search of it on YT, but I always end up preferring your take on it! I dated a guy who loved making them. He made them with chorizo. So delicious I really liked them. I made them in my home with Italian sausages. They came out awesome. I never saw you make carne cesina. Its really good with cebollines en salsa verde y quezo fresco o crema de aguacate y tortillas. Delicioso. I miss those days. I do appreciate you so much. Thank you. I normally make my tostadas with shredded chicken and potato, I never thought to try it with picadillo! Definitely going to make that for dinner tonight!

We Always added the Potatoes for Tacos and Tostadas as well! (I Love it that way best, the potatoes soak up so Much of the flavors)
