I knew these as pecan rolls growing up, we'd have pastries on Sunday mornings while we read the paper and my mom would often make them. I prefer them as a holiday treat too, especially if I make the dough, but I've been wanting to make them recently and I love the idea of just using the crescent roll dough

I used to run the bakery in a restaurant called Perkins. We made sticky buns every day, and every evening when I came to work, I d have to start my shift with one and a cup of coffee. lol
