Today I will show you three budget-friendly potato recipes that are delicious. The first is eggs with potatoes, which I can eat any time of the day. The next is Tacos de Nada or crispy potato tacos and third potatoes in salsa. This is gonna be good! INGREDIENTS for TACOS DE NADA 3 medium potatoes salt and pepper to taste 16 to 18 corn tortillas cooking oil for frying TOPPINGS shredded cabbage Cotija cheese Mexican Sour cream salsa RED SALSA 1 to 2 tomatoes 5 dried guajillo chiles 3 dried chile Arbol 1/8 of a piece of onion 1 clove of garlic 3/4 cup soaking liquid 1 1/2 tsp tomato chicken bouillon powder salt to taste GREEN SALSA 2 Tbsp cooking oil (for saute) 2 large tomatillos 1 jalapeno 1/8 of a piece of onion 1 clove of garlic 1 cup water 1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder salt to taste

I love all of your recipes! I bought your book and I also love making those recipes. I do have a question. In this video you place your chiles, etc. that your going to be using in a bowl. I love that bowl. I have been looking everywhere for a set of dishes and serving dishes with that type of design. Can you please tell me where you got it? Thank you

That green salsa you have taking of the leags on a vegetables that looks like a big green tomato, what is that just to be sure, because i havent heard about the name to say in the video, so i was just wondering if i could even get it here in denmark were i live

I noticed you ran your salsa through a mesh basket but then again you were using a Black & Decker blender on some of your other videos you have a vita mix if you were using the vita mix would you still put it through a mesh basket

I wonder if you ever rinse your blender with a little bit of water to get the salsa stuck to the sides? Then add that water to the cooking salsa and potatoes. instead of plain water. ?

So delicious and always a staple in our house! We always make papas con chorizo and the last one you made my mother in law always made and called it papas con chile

I think what a lot of people don't know about is Papas Lampreadas. So good. I love potatoes so much. I can't wait to see all the recipes and ideas.
