Today I am making boba, two ways. The first is the popular Tiger Boba Milk drink and the second is Horchata Boba Milk Tea. INGREDIENTS Tiger Milk Boba Drink 1/2 cup boba pearls 3 cups boiling water (for cooking boba pearls) 5 Tbsp (65 g) dark brown sugar 1 Tbsp (20 g) molasses pinch of salt 3 Tbsp (45 ml) water 1 tsp vanilla extract 16 fl oz (473 ml) whole milk (this will make 2 servings) 4 fl oz (118 ml) heavy cream ice INGREDIENTS For Horchata 1 cup (180 g) long-grain rice 1 small cinnamon stick 4 cups (1. 1L) water 4 cups (1. 1 L) whole milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup (110 g) sugar (or to your preference) For Boba Tea 1/2 cup (80 g) uncooked tapioca pearls 3 cups (709 mL) water 5 tea bags of black tea 1 1/2 cup (355 mL) boiled water

Thank you Angelica. My teenager loves Boba, and I love Horchata! These recipes look delicious. Does anyone have suggestions of where to purchase the tapioca pearls? I hope everyone is having a great day.

Brown sugar milk tea is amazing.
Have you tried winter melon drink, it s sweet and delicious, highly recommend for you.
