Mrs. Angelica I bet your kitchen smelled amazing after that breakfast. Everytime you make a new recipe it takes me all the way back to my childhood. By the way, chorizo con huevos with refried bean tacos and hot coffee is my all time favorite breakfast. Great job on your coffee also. I need to make some that way. I love my eggs like this and make them at least twice a week I buy pork what do you get? I don't know how to spell the name and I hate when people talk shit about the way I spell. I also put green chili's and onions and cheese I have eaten them since I was a child my father would also add a potato cut in some chunks and beans with salsa.

I'm sitting here having breakfast. I was stumped on what to make, so I just made a cheese omelet, with left over conchas de fideo. Fidel. from yesterday's menu

That is the only way to eat chorizo the way you cooked it the amount of eggs everything not too many people do it that way but that is one of the best ways to do it love the recipe today
