I will show you the easy way I make and prep taquitos. The method I use makes the perfect taquitos every time Ralph: A quicker way to soften the tortillas is put a stack of them on a plate, cover them with a moist paper towel and then nuke them in the microwave for a minute or minute and a half until they soften.
We like to include shredded cheese in with the shredded chicken. It also works to cook them in an air fryer. They are crispy but less oily

I love these but never really knew how to make them to where they'd stay together.
Now I think I'm ready to give it a try
Thank you so much for your instruction and tips

Couldn t you fry them before freezing and then just heat them in the oven or air fryer? That way you don t have to get a frying pan and oil out to fry them.

I don't like to inhale the cooking spray. It feels toxic. So I dip them two at a time in med high coconut oil. Thx for the slurry tip great idea!

I learned 2 things from you today, using oil spray on the tortillas and the flour paste. OMGosh, thank you! (Why didn't I think of that? Lol)

Looks great. I love that technique with the paste on the seam. I made these once with tuna fish out of a can, and they were great.
