Today will show you another delicious and easy rice recipe for dinner. I will be making chipotle rice. This is similar to the way I make Mexican red rice. The smoky spice for the chipotle in adobo sauce and the butter make this the perfect dinner side INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 Tbsp cooking oil 1 cup of long-grain rice small piece of onion 1 to 2 cloves of garlic 2 Tbsp unsalted butter 1 to 2 Tbsp diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 2 cups of water 1 Tbsp granulated chicken bouillon powder
