Mexican food is my favorite. Being from Texas, it's actually part of my culture. So yes it's named Tex-Mex. It's different than New Mexican and other states to the West of Texas to California. Texas food history shows that Tex-Mex is actually Texas food because of ancestors. I've never traced back to Texas Native Americans, but assume it's similar to a point.

simply mama Cooks your breakfast looks wonderful. I am looking for the name of a breakfast that I would get from a Latin stand that unfortunately didn't survive the pandemic. The tortilla was crunchy with refried beans as your dish, but the egg on top reminded me of chopped boiled eggs. Does that sound familiar to you? It was really good. TIA

Wow. For real Americans who actually work. this is not feasible to do for breakfast. Maybe if you're part of blm or antifa since you just get free govt money and don't need to work. this may be a good breakfast. As for the real Americans. we just drink coffee on the go. Thus. not as obese and slow
