Today I will answer two of my most asked questions. How to cook eggs in a stainless steel pan and how to cook sunny side-up eggs. Practice makes perfect, and if all else fails, you can always use a non-stick pan. Charles: I like to make poached eggs. I do them in milk. With salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Then put a slice of American cheese on two shreaded wheat biscuits. Place your poached eggs on the shreaded wheat. Then pour the milk over it all. That softens the biscuits and melts the cheese. I top it it all with a couple dashes of Cholula green sauce. This is great on a cold winter morning.

Buy stainless and cast iron once for a lifetime. I cook my eggs in cast iron. Butter is king but sometimes people like a crunch in their fried egg. Grape seed or EVO for that. If your cast iron is well seasoned you can throw the egg without preheating low/medium and it won t stick.

I have used Teflon for so long and finally purchased a stainless steel pan. I never thought my food would stick the way it did so I put it away and haven't used it again. I will try to use it again using your method and hopefully will have some luck with it. TY!

Stainless steel has a learning curve for sure but it s well worth the effort to learn. Properly cared for it s extremely durable and a reason why many professional kitchens use it. Thanks for sharing

I like mine in a well seasoned cast iron pan but I still think a non stick pan is best for me. I use a little bit of water and lid to steam the eggs just slightly so the top is cooked.

Will definitely try, also will try the Korean coffee. Where did you get the pot for boiling the water for the coffee? Also, where do you get the Korean coffee? Thank you in advance.

I ve had the same 18/10 stainless steel set since 2001. It s by Wolfgang Puck. Came in a 24 pc set. It was definitely a learning curve for sure but won t ever use anything else.

You are so right! I don't know how some people would cook, back in the past. My grandma taught me decades ago. I use All Clad now. They are pricey but worth it. Thanks

Stainless steel and I have had a toxic relationship. Let's just say we don't understand each other. We've decided it's best to part our own ways

Oh thank God you didn't turn them over, I hate to even see someone turning over sunny side up eggs and ruins the perfect yolk
