Mark, I absolutely ADORE YOU. However, I would like to provide my opinion. when you're using condiments on a universal table that's shared with the rest of the public. please do NOT stick the end of the chopstick that has been inside your mouth, inside of the condiment. It cross contaminates and it also is impolite. Please flip the chopstick around on the other end, and push some of the (for example) chili peppers out via the uncontaminated side. I enjoy your videos very much and I hope you continue recording additional videos My kids and I love watching you

Dude, 2. 76 for that kind of meal and especially for that kind of service is amazing, I literally want to visit Vietnam just to go to this restaurant for this dish. In America you can't really get any quality food like this for 3, the most you'll get is a simple boring hamburger with nothing on it, I just love how much consideration goes into the food itself, and you can tell that woman really did help make it the perfect dish for a specific customer which isn't something very many American restaurants will do.

Bun Bo Hue is among my top choice whenever I go back to Vietnam or my home town in Northern Virginia. Most Vietnamese restaurant will have their own version. The bigger the Pig's knuckles the better: --) my ultimate goal is to find that one special restaurant that have that perfect Bun Bo Hue noodles does anyone know where LA I can go to find that bowl of soup? will be there for three days in January 2017

I'm not Vietnamese. But this is without a doubt my favourite Vietnamese soup. Bun Bo Hue. The broth is simply great when done right. However, I don't like the cut of meat they include. I always ask for the lean and thin beef slices they use in the traditional beef noodle soup known as Pho to be included. Its simply great.

Sometimes I wonder whether Mark really like the food he ate without piling them with hot peppers. That big piece of meat you just put in your mouth is from the pig feet, Mark. I can go on but since I have not be back for 45 years, I don't know if Bun Bo Hue has changed. My 2 cents.

Mark I want to travel with you as your side kick Ill even take care of Baby Mika so Ying can eat. I go to Thailand every year and Im starting to go to restaurants you eat at, has the ban on street food in Bangkok hurt the food choices? By the way great video on Vietnam.

markweins just a heads up for the next time you are in vietnam, traditionally when you grab things from the middle of the table use the back side of your chopsticks. Keeps things cleaner and shows respect.
