Hi Mark, After watching this video, I went just last week and ordered the chicken and mutton murtabaks at Zam Zam. I wanted to thank you for your recommendation, as the murtabak was excellent. I don't know which curry sauce went with which, but you are right, one of the sauces was definitely better than the other. Please do keep making these videos, as they are great to watch, and allow me to try great food in different places. P. S. My next destination in Bangkok and I can't wait to try more of your recommendations

hey mark watching all yours video this dish is copy from India (Bengali) dish called Moglai paratha. Mughlai paratha was one of those mughlai recipes that entered in INDIA during the Mughal Empire. It can be a soft fried bread enhanced by a stuffing of keema (minced meat, egg, onions and pepper; or a paratha stuffed with the same or similar ingredients. It is very Popular in KOLKATA ( West Bengal, India.

I really like your videos but, I hope I get to see a bit more different reactions. The food all seem amazing, but your 'face' of closing your eyes and leaning to a side, before recovering is getting quite boring for me personally. Just a suggestion, but no need to take it that seriously.

We Indonesians also like murtabak (which we call martabak. What I don't like about Singapore & Malaysia is that even their food are racially profiled that murtabak is exclusively halal there while in Indonesia you can find even pork martabak
