BANGKOK, THAILAND - Today we re going to ChefBing Pizzeria, where Chef Bing serves amazing New York style pizza in Bangkok, Thailand! What I think is so amazing about Chef Bing s pizza is that he makes both traditional classic NYC pizzas and also makes pizza with a twist of Thai flavor and ingredients. Chef Bing has an amazing story. He lived in NYC for over 30 years, and so spent most of his growing up years in the US. He also worked as a chef in NYC, but surprisingly, not as a pizza chef. A few years ago, Chef Bing came back to his home country of Thailand. As a challenge, and to try something new, Chef Bing started experimenting making pizza, and after a lot of testing and trying, came up with his recipe for NYC pizza, and started Chef Bing Pizzeria. It was so cool to watch Chef Bing in the kitchen making his pizza. He did everything with such precision and care, with extreme attention to detail - this is without a doubt one of the top reasons why his pizza is so outstanding. He takes care of every single pizza he makes. We ordered 2 pizzas, a classic tradition of half cheese and half pepperoni, and a Thai topping pizza of grilled pork neck, culantro and toasted sticky rice. Both were fantastic. I did really love the traditional, with cheese and pepperoni as that s the ultimate taste of NYC. However, the grilled pork neck was also fantastic. The crust / dough, which Chef Bing really puts a lot of time and effort into, is one of the factors that stands out. Thin and crispy with just enough crunch. Highly recommended for the best New York pizza in Bangkok! ReichHop: so my gas station is selling new york style pizza. that s weitd, because it is in getmany. but this one here is fresh made and the guy is nice and he puts his heart into it. also, it doesn f have neither parmesan nor these special ingredients. otherwise it looks the same.

We wish you all the best Chef Bing. Pizza is one of my favorite foods and yours looks great. If we lived there, we would be eating at your place all the time. (crunchy crust, topping to the edge, golden crispy toppings, lots of sauce. yum) Glad you are doing well chef Bing, good for you. new beginnings, new adventures and much happiness. . thanks Mark and Ying for supporting and sharing such awesome people and such awesome places.

Good looking pizza, I wonder when this chef gets 40 customers in one go how is he going to deal with that? especially he has small oven and he spend roughly 6 minutes cooking each pizza? hmm not good

in Russia we have all the major pizzerias in the world, but because of the greed mentality-we will never try a pizza with a lot of cheese or filling-we always get a pie with dough (

My two favorite foods! Chili Oil takes this to the next level. I wondered if Chef Bing tried adding herb sausage with white garlic sauce to that dough?

I watched on live stream where they make this in NY, with six in kitchen staff. Just to shape the dough they have a machine. And the batch is 5kg of flour.

My appreciation to Cheff for his sincerity and determination to seek new directions. The piza looks like a show. Does that area look like Kahosan to me?
