I enjoy watching your videos. I'm working my way through all your past videos. So far there's only one I couldn't finish watching because of the animal that was cooked. I don't remember which country but, it's the one that had cooked guinea pigs. I wish you would include Mingh and Micah more in the videos. You eat alot of things that I would never eat. Keep on filming.

I just love this simple style of cooking. Just over charcoal and fire wood. It just connects you more to the food you are preparing and it makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. At our home I also cook on a charcoal stove mostly. Now just need to check out some of these hill tribe recipes. Sounds super-exciting. Thanks for sharing, Mark.

We do use the baby bananas too which are at the base of every petal of the banana flower. after reaching the core then we cut the inner most part of the banana flower. Everything comes into use. Although it is a tedious process. but everyone enjoys doing it. Thanks for sharing the video, Got a glimpse into a different type of cooking.

I can't wait until I leave out of the U. S. and get access to so many other different food & spices. I hate the fact that they just want to throw a bunch of junk food at us. Being that I'm such a foodie already, Mark's videos defintely help to give me inspiration and something to look forward to.
