I live in the area and I wish I knew that you would come here because I swear, there are more delicious pempek restaurant in that area than Palembang 161, there's another pempek restaurant named Sari Sanjaya which offers a variety dishes of fish cakes with better quality and they are more delicious. For the seafood, you made the right choice. When it comes to Indonesian seafood, there's a lot of different sauces that every restaurant has, and Wiro Sableng is one of the best for some quick meal. But then again, if you want to experience the best taste, you should go to the specific area where the dishes originally come from. Thanks for coming to Indonesia, I hope you enjoyed your trip

My childhood restaurant, always came weekly since I was very little. Totally NOT RECOMMENDED if you care about your health being. I personally never got sick (except watching cockroaches on the tables hundreds of times). Some number of family got E-coli and went to hospital. The food taste really nice but the restaurant is SOO UNCLEAN, you will see Cockroaches 90% of the time running around your table. I used to not mind but after moving overseas and understand, never again I go to unclean warung with flies and cockroaches

mark wiens, the best gourami fish you can get is at laguna restaurant, jakarta. Thats the place where i started to eat FRIED gourami fish, and i couldn't like any other place gourami fish after eating there its so crispy, well-seasoned, juicy meat. Hopefully you gotta try it one day

mark. you miss one place not too far away from that restaurant. still in kelapa gading near North jakarta International school. sea food ayu we call it. open in the night after 5pm. so cheap and delicious. you must go there and you must try.

If i not wrong the Location its in kelapa gading North Jakarta Indonesia, so many choice about seafoods in over there and thats so yummyVery tasty to the last bite

you should have eat the mpek2 beside wiro sableng, the restaurant called sari sanjaya. aside from mpek2, the also sell pindang patin. and it taste like heaven. heheheheh

I've watched some of your videos in Indonesia. Every time there's sambal, why do you put so much into your mouth? that's kinda scary cuz that sambal things actually really spicy.

i suggest you to try pempek nyonya kamto whenever you come to indonesia again, you'll never be dissapointed. the place itself always crowded, and so many type of pempek.
