I have wondered what the differences are among all the various curries you eat in Thailand. To an untrained eye, many look very similar. So what if you write a book about curries? I think it would be very interesting. Then, you could follow-up with curries from other parts of the world. I love eating and preparing Thai food. However, I have retired and live on social security; so the cost of some of ingredients is high. I live in a small town in Arizona that only has a Safeway and a Wal-Mart. Food varieties are limited. So when you write your next book; can you tell us some more available and less expensive substitutions. I love your videos. You make it all interesting. Thank you

Mark, I saw this video and went to Paste restaurant, I ate the Smokey Crab dish, it was absolutely amazing This restaurant is like eating food from the Iron Chef TV show. I also got to drink the ancient king's flower petal fermented drink I will go again this year, the Skytrain makes it easy to go here. Keep doing this Food research for us, you found a real gem here at Paste

Omg wien i luv how u eat. The food u is quite alot of healthy food. U have really good skin. Its good how u eat all the good without being sick i went turkey n i hated the food and coffee. But i wil defo try wat u eaten on these destinations as showed me some good dishes to try. Ur wife n u r amazing travellers please please can you go to india Thanks great video

Those curry dishes have me SALIVATING over here I wish so badly I either knew how to make these dishes, had access to the proper ingredients, or had a local Thai place that made AUTHENTIC Thai food. Seems most Thai places here in America are americanized, much like most ethnic cuisines I suppose. :-/ And seeing as how I don't know a single Thai person, I am SOL. lol

He could be a legitimate Asian Food Critic IF he could lose the DRAMA QUEEN HEAD TILT FAKE ORGASM thing that he does after taking a bite of food. FAKE, as if he did that at home each time he ate, his Wife would divorce him. Other than that, his knowledge and ability to describe the contents and background on each dish is top of the line. IF ONLY.

After watching some of your videos, can you really recommend places like Paste? You seem well content eating all the cheap flavorful food on the street or on someones front porch, that I dont think the happiness/price value is high enough at these fine dining establishments. Hell, Im going to rewatch that giant lobster video again

Your reviews are always so good, makes me really want to eat Thai food Just wondering, are you shooting in 30fps or 60 fps? Your footage looks like it's a much higher frame rate so sometimes it looks a bit choppy, just some feedback, but otherwise I've loved watching all of your videos: )

Mark, have you ever thought about taking BITES sometimes? You eat a lot of things in one whole bite, which is not the BEST look. Makes you look more than a bit piggish. Your vlogs are still great however and Ying and Micah are the cutest
