Mark, MATE I was disappointed you both left the noodles. As a good Scotsman, If I had paid that much money for a medal, I would have stayed there till I got money's worth: ) Seriously however; that looked like a brilliant meal. I am a seafood tragic and follow all of your blogs. Keep p the great work mate. PS. Just curious about one thing. The Thai lady in this video and a couple of others I have seen seem to be the same lady. Is that lady your good wife? Cheers mate. Please drop us a line.

Mark, I watched your Chiang Mai episode, you weren't too impressed with the food in the night market. I can't comment but take your word for it, I am however going to Thailand and LOVE seafood, what can you recommend? Hope you get this and reply.

also, you mention the seafood is not the freshest, does it have a fish taste or does each meat have it's own flavor? Tks and Enjoy Have you ever checked your blood pressure after eating food as you did in the video. I'd guess 200/100 SALT

I would rather eat any seafood than beef and this makes me very envious. But, I have a problem with the volumes of food served to only 2 people. What happens to the leftovers. There are plenty of hungry people in the world.
