this piece clearly isn't about the oldest brewery, it's about the growth of the industry since the cap raise up to 14% beer and how untapped the market still is out there. Anybody who doesn't have a commitment to where they currently live should look for places like this and move there immediately if you know anything about brewing. make a goddamn fortune

Y'all should aim higher than just the SE. People in SW South Dakota for sure love IPA's. Got Firehouse brewing here, there's another IPA brew house too. However, I don't know the name of it. Not a beer drinker(Whisky baby, Whisky) Husband however does like a good IPA. And we sometimes bring home a few growlers full. LoL

A good video, nice seeing the workings of a craft brewer. My only question or concern is in the middle of the video 2 guys are filling wooden kegs, as one guy puts the hose in the wooden keg the guy in red shirt is squirting the inserted hose, from a plastic bottle, whats in that bottle?

I'm English, and in the past few years we have seen many American craft beers appearing in our pubs. I have tried many and all I can say they are great. You can tell they are made with great care and passion. Well done Red Brick keep on raising awareness of the great beer traditions.

Brick Brewers should also start a non alcoholic beer because there will be a huge market in the Ontario & the whole of Canada because all these arabs coming in will enjoy alcoholic & non alcoholic beers.

1993 is old? I had to playback to be sure I did not misheard. I'm Romanian and here there are WATER bottling companies older with hundreds of years than this.
