As an Asian, i'm so happy that they have -nasty- food too-- as least for Mexican food. I was expecting this guy to show some tame tacos restaurant with plain ingredients. But there's lamb head, fermented maguey slime, mosquito larvae and little crustaceans. He went so deep into the culture that most Chicanos will convulse their faces.

This series was the shit. Jorge is great, and he went deep into it. I'm mexican, I had never heard of most of the places he went to (granted I'm from a different place of the country, but still. Great work Munchies.
