It's a shame to watch this video, I know this is satirical but i don't see why you care to expose the restaurant industry as such, I would think humour but I fail to see it anywhere. You used to have amazing content in a unique and cool format, showcasing chefs in a more natural light never seen before. You actually convinced me of becoming a chef after watching so many passionate people in the rise with unique concepts. You want to know why so many chefs have tattoos? it's because we have to put up with so many demands and for you to be successful you need to be perfect, creative, have visually stunning dishes for the day to day instagramer, sanitation, mindfulness of the environment, and never forget your allergy demands and a 10 minute time frame. It seems that the public asks for more of everything and the only way to keep it rolling is by complying with whatever the public needs while working 15 hours each day on your feet. Don't tell me that after that you wouldn't ink some of your arm with something that speaks about who you are. Never seen a rock star work so hard in their life. --Keep on rocking chefs!

really comforting to know that Vice actually cares about climate change and that they're not whoring themselves out to talent and content for the sake of entertainment. thank god all of their munchies content makes a concerted effort to show their audience how to lead a more sustainable lifestyle. you guys should follow allow of you munchie videos with that piece Shane on the melting glaciers. you know continue the conversation? keep up the amazinngggg work.

He quit his job in finance to work on food. That's admirable. passion over experience. I'm not sure I enjoy his personality though. maybe it would better if he went to culinary school but not as a host. just my opinion
