great video. certainly strange and out there recipes, but lol - the down votes. you people are too close minded. its a cold blend of fish and cream. it could certainly taste good like a fish pate. just because they use the name ice cream, youve limited yourself to a certain flavor profile.

Made a lot more sense to me when he explained that it's supposed to taste like a meal or appetizer. I feel like the grossest thing about savory flavors in ice cream is usually when they are inappropriately sweet.
