I've read this book it's super interesting the author is Mohammed bin Hasan al-Baghdadi in Abbasid period the book published in 1226 and has long name in Arabic which is -kitab altabikh wa'iislah alaghdhih walmakulat watayibat alaiteimh walmsnueat- they made short to -kitab altabikh- which is book of the cooks is the oldest book in the world about Arabs food recipes, how to take care of the kitchen and clean it etc

I remember coming across an old meat pie recipe (1700s I think) and another from the 1930's that were just as vague on instructions. It was along the lines of -knead dough until done-, -cook until well cooked-, and -add just enough but not too much-.

i really like their dynamic and their videos. and although i get why they speak in arabic, it seems they both speak fluent english. so why not have an english version as well?
