I thought of opening up a taco truck or restaurant if I ever moved back home to Hawaii. We have Mexican food there but nothing like what I've tried here in the mainland. I thought it might be weird since I'm not Mexican and I don't speak Spanish. But watching this made me change my mind about it.

I hope the first owner is around to see his business flourish. A lot of young obese men die young nowadays because their health is low priority in their lives. I hope to get to visit SoCal to try his food and meet him one day!

Can we acknowledge the amazingness of his mother? Adopted her sister's FIVE kids on top of two of her own. Respect! And the food looks amazing!

I remember when he got interviewed cooking / selling out his front yard years ago. Glad to see he s came up and got the truck now.
